TumSun has an excellent forum, with lost of friendly and intelligent members. The main webmaster, The DvD, is working on the rest of the site, but at the moment its main attraction is the very lively forum.
Probably the largest C&C website on the internet, it has very dedicated staff, and a huge member-base on its forums. They have many great articles and stories about the C&C universe, and war in general.
One of the oldest and most famous C&C sites, it has many good resources and tutorials. Unfortunately it is no longer updated, and some of the information is obsolete by today's standards.
Deezire is a website created by one of the best modders, Deezire. He has created mods for most of the C&C games, and also for Battle for Middle EarthTM. It has a very active forum, and some of the most useful tutorials about modding C&C games.
